Time to Think Foundation Course |
online courses spread over 3 weeks or in person
|
The 2-day Time to Think Foundation Course has been reconfigured so we can deliver Nancy Kline's course fully online for those who cannot attend in person. Using imagination and grace we have taken the core components of the Time to Think workshop and shaped it so that you can still experience its impact and develop your skills to introduce the environment in which groups and teams can generate their own thinking and take this beyond what they thought possible.
You will be introduced to the Ten Components of a Thinking Environment™ and their eight group applications as described by Nancy Kline allowing you to shape your own environment to enable independent thinking to help solve those messy problems in your work or personal life. You will explore Thinking Pairs, Dialogue, Rounds and Open Discussion, all invaluable tools for individuals and teams. You will have a practical exploration of Transforming Meetings and the Thought Council – both methodologies that allow time to think and develop independent, constructive thinking that speeds processes and improves decision making, and Facilitation.
You will also see a Thinking Partnership demonstration in order to consider its importance for leaders in creating Thinking Environment™ cultures.
