Thinking Partnerships |
online Time to Think courses spread over 6 weeks or in person
|
This Time to Think Thinking Partnerships course has been especially designed to be delivered online for those who cannot attend in person. We incorporate the essential components and spirit of Nancy Kline’s work on Time to Think to take your thinking to new heights and go beyond that which you thought possible. It allows you to better understand the workings of the mind, develop truly independent thinking, tapping into your own knowledge, experience and resources in a way that will liberate your thinking and profoundly change how you communicate.
As Nancy Kline says, not only do you develop your own self, your abilities to better manage the issues and challenges facing you, but also to appreciate and draw out the inner possibilities of those you lead, manage or work alongside thereby bringing their best selves to the piece.
In these day group sessions with a maximum of 6 people per course you will be able to develop your skills in depth and maybe even have your own personal breakthroughs.

Who is this Time to Think course for?
If you work with other people to help them grow and develop their skills, then you will find this incredibly useful. You may be a coach or mentor, a professional advisor or consultant, in HR, or in a leadership position - or aspiring to be in one. Of course you might not be in any of these positions but are interested in how the mind works and want to develop your skills so you can accessing a deeper, more profound way of thinking, problem solving and decision making, then you too will find this beneficial.
By far and away the most important criteria is that you want to learn how you can set up an environment where amazing thinking can occur, where you can think for yourself, and in partnership. And then you may decide you want to go a step further and become a qualified Time to Think Coach for which this course is a prerequisite.
