Thinking Partnerships
|
Your first step to becoming an accredited Thinking Environment Coach |
We know that people love the in-person Thinking Partnership course for its power and breakthrough moments, whether it's for personal development or to pursue a coaching career - but not everyone can travel. For those who can only access training virtually, we've especially designed our online programme to incorporate the essential components and spirit of Nancy Kline’s work on Time to Think. Both options will take your thinking to new heights and go beyond that which you thought possible. It allows you to better understand the workings of the mind, develop truly independent thinking, tapping into your own knowledge, experience and resources in a way that will liberate your thinking and profoundly change how you communicate.
As Nancy Kline says, not only do you develop your own self, your abilities to better manage the issues and challenges facing you, but also to appreciate and draw out the inner possibilities of those you lead, manage or work alongside thereby bringing their best selves to the piece.
