~ Building high performance teams from scratch: whole team dynamic synergistic training for new teams. Four days basic training in team dynamics, project and performance management and synergistic training.
~ Team diagnostic package: Observation of team meeting, interview individuals, report back overall findings on team dynamics with recommendations. ~ Team re-booting package: diagnostic package as above followed by group and individual coaching over 3 month period, to include synergistic training. |
