~ Transform your meetings: one or two days training scheduled according to organisational availability. Training the Chair and/or members in the methodology which reduces meeting time by up to 60%.
~ Team diagnostic package: Observation of team meeting, interview individuals, report back overall findings on team dynamics with recommendations. ~ Team development: two days training in team dynamics and 8 building blocks for improved working. Option available for subsequent group and individual coaching over 3 month period. |
