Time to Think Foundation Course
A leadership course, this is your first step to improving your skills, become an accredited Time to Think Facilitator, or invaluable if you're a coach and want to work with teams.
Whilst the Thinking Partnerships Course focuses on coaching 1-2-1, the Foundation Course supports rapid improvement in business processes and working with, or leading, teams. Over 2 days you will be introduced to the fundamental building blocks of Time to Think to profoundly improve your thinking and facilitation skills and how to transform meeting cultures. Whether in-person or online this highly interactive programme will demonstrate how to introduce the environment in which groups and teams can generate their own thinking and take that beyond what they thought possible.

Who is this Time to Think Foundation course for?
You might be a a supervisor, team leader, manager, existing or aspiring leader; coach or mentor who wants to expand into working with teams. Or someone who's just intrigued about how the brain works and how we can improve our thinking and decision making. You might be infuriated about how meeting are run, or want to support your team in developing their skills and improving business processes. Whatever your background this course will fire up your thinking muscles and help you take the next step. This course is also a prerequisite for anyone who want to become a qualified Thinking Environment Facilitator.
