The Social Equity Consortium
Equity. Insight. Courage.
A collaboration of practitioners advancing race equity, systems change and human-centred evaluation.
Who we are
The Social Equity Consortium is a group of trusted professionals working at the intersection of race equity, organisational learning, and systemic change. We are researchers, facilitators, evaluators, strategists and leadership specialists. What unites us is a shared commitment to creating fairer systems — and a relational, rigorous approach to how change happens.
We bring a unique blend of lived experience, academic depth, and practice-based wisdom, shaped through decades of work across the NHS, public services, and global change movements.
