MetaBreakthrough

MetaBreakthrough is an intensive three day programme on a one to one basis that will enable you to get the very best out of the rest of your life. It will explore what you really want for yourself, establish an inner balance and results in a fundamental shift in how you think and behave. The commitment to this journey is a serious one so if you don't want to change, don't do this.

You are an incredibly resourceful individual but have you ever seen yourself as a victim, or a recipient of being done unto at some time in your life? Have you ever thought, for example, "I can't get on because my boss doesn't like me"? If so, then your precious resources are being used to control the negative emotions that are preventing you from achieving what you wish.

The MetaBreakthrough programme starts by looking at your metaworld: your values, how you view the world and behave within it. This is an important first step as you will begin to ask your own questions as to whether this is how you really want things to be. We identify the issues that trouble you, including phobias and fears, likes and dislikes, beliefs you have about yourself (maybe the phrase, "I'm not good enough…" strikes a chord here). We look at decisions you have taken, relationships, confidence issues – all of those things that have been niggling away at you even if you did not realise it at the time. We will break through the negative emotions that have drained your resourcefulness so you can focus on identifying what will truly make you happy and achieve your dreams.

Your MetaBreakthrough

MetaBreakthrough is a profound experience and it will change you. You will gain a level of confidence and purpose unlike anything before. You will be able to achieve your goals in a manner that fits with your core values. The barriers you had imposed upon yourself, that prevented you from achieving these goals, will be gone. You will understand what it is that you truly want in your life and set realistic goals to achieve this. You will be in charge and can dispense with any phobias and anxieties, improve your communication, take the best advantage of any change, relegate stress to a minor player, understand and harness strategies to support solutions to problems. Your leadership skills will be enhanced and you will be able to easily build positive, memorable relationships.

Your MetaBreakthrough will release the energies that have been focussed on buttoning down negative emotions and allow you instead to focus on enjoying life and all that it holds for you. You will become more fulfilled in your career, your life and your relationships. All of this is possible when you decide to change.

Your Participation

This programme requires a commitment from you. Before the programme starts, you will be provided with questionnaires and work to be done, which has to be completed and returned prior to the commencement of your MetaBreakthrough. The work that you have done will enable your practitioner to tailor the MetaBreakthrough specifically for you and must be completed otherwise the programme will be cancelled.

Your MetaBreakthrough programme runs for three consecutive days for up to five hours each day. If you are asked to complete homework at the end of a day then it is vital that you do so. You may also be provided with tasks afterwards to embed your new behaviours. It is essential that you do these too. MetaBreakthrough gives you the means and you can make the changes. Are you ready?
