Peter has an enviable background, first in sales and operations, general management and then as Managing Director in a range of industries both UK and internationally owned.   He has significant experience of P&L accountability and focuses on improving productivity, customer care, control systems and rejuvenating sales and distribution. 

Peter has a history of success and is always looking for new opportunities.  During the last recession he oversaw a growth in sales from £45m to £70m in less than four years and increased profit by 60%.  Later he successfully turned around a loss-making subsidiary of another company, transforming a £500k loss into a profit of £150k in two years.  His most recent role has been to turn around a £3m security company so that this year it broke even instead of losing £450k; and then successfully brokered a sale to secure the company and continuing employment for its staff.
