Laura has over 20 years experience across the public, private and charitable sectors in organisations ranging from micro-businesses to those employing 500+.  She has worked with a number of large organisations undergoing major organisational improvement programmes, analysing the issues and finding solutions to problems. 

Her skill though is building rapport with individuals so that no matter the size of the organisation she is able to look beneath the surface and pull out the core issues. She can then work with the individual in a coaching capacity, or strategically to promote high performance.

Laura also works directly with women in transition, enabling them to improve their self awareness, build their confidence and find the best route to success.

Laura is well qualified in her field with a Masters in Business Administration and a teaching qualification.  She is a member of the Chartered Management Institute, the Association for Coaching, Association of Business Psychologists and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  She is also a Master Practitioner in NLP and Time Line Therapy.  She has written a number of articles, reports and briefing notes for industry magazines and in-house.  She writes a regular business advice column for a regional newspaper.
